Hey whats up this is Unexplaned_Bacon and I’m here to give my thoughts on MW3 from a little bit different perspective that what you will get from most anywhere else.
Yes I play Call of Duty and other games for fun. I have also found away to take it to the next “level” so to speak. I play Call of Duty competitively. Not sure how many people have heard of gamebattles.com but I go on there with my clan/team and face other organized clan/teams and set up matches and play. These are done mostly with certain rules that take out the things that are “cheap” and not meaning to offend anyone but things that don’t take much skill to use or are quite unbalanced in the game. I.E. in black ops all equipment, killstreaks, and a few attachments and perks are taken out. If you want to see what I’m taking about more in depth here is the link to the rules.
Now to get back to my thoughts so far with MW3. It seems as if it has went back to more MW2 style play were it takes less bullets to kill people than say in black ops or dating back to CoD4. I have also noticed that they have taken away the equipment that was in Black Ops and made it so you can’t have Claymores and a Frag. Which I like b/c then people have to make the choice in what they want to use. Also coming back is the need to get a certain amount of kills with a gun to get attachments. Which don’t get me wrong it was nice in black ops that once I prestiged I had everything I needed by level 14 since I could buy all the perks that I wanted right away, then at 14 you got arguably the best gun in the game in the Famas.
I have noticed one huge thing so far is that activision has done a lot for this game to make the community happy as well as balance things out. I really can’t wait to hear more about CoD:Elite and to get hands on and use it myself. I will soon be posting up a full list of gun, perks, killstreaks, and more that I have compiled while watching videos from Call of Duty:XP this past weekend.
